Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to New Zealand and Australia. We intend to deliver to other countries in the future, please contact us if you'd like to hear about delivery to your country.
Shipping Timeframes
Each piece is handmade to order, therefore for all products in stock we require 3-4 working days to dispatch your jewellery. For larger orders, it might take a little longer, please contact us directly for estimates.
Delivery Timeframes
We offer FREE standard delivery to NZ & Australia.
For NZ, we use tracked local courier to deliver your jewellery, which should take 3-5 working days based on where you are located. In most cases, we deliver within 3 working days.
For Australian customers, our standard delivery is untracked postage which should arrive within 7-10 working days. If you'd like the order expedited please choose Express Shipping, which is a tracked courier option and will arrive within 5 working days.
Please note that the delivery estimates are in addition to the shipping timeframes.
